Administrative Support & Other Opportunities

PROJECT PARTNER – Has minimum 10 years. Ensures that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner; that all administrative matters are handled appropriately; manages significant program/technical support operations and ensures adherence to accounting standards. Bachelor’s Degree and CPA Certification

PARTNER LEVEL I – Has 3 years general experience. Plan and ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within funding and scheduling parameters. Bachelor’s Degree.
Staff Associate – Entry Level. Assists in performing test procedures; examines accounting documents to verify accuracy and compliance with policies, procedures and acceptable accounting standards; prepares work papers and supporting documentation. Bachelor’s Degree
Subject Matter Expert – Has 7 years of general experience, 4 years specialized or Bachelor’s Degree 12 years general 8 must be specialized. Performs as a consultant in a highly specialized functional or technical area. Provides specific guidance reflecting detailed, expert knowledge of a specific area or function. Develops benchmarks, performs analyses and studies. Develops reports and makes presentations to management. Master’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, education, management sciences, human resources or other related discipline; or Ph.D.
QUALITY CONTROL PARTNER – Has 2 years of general experience. Two additional years of directly related job experience may be substituted for each year of college not attended. Supports the development and implementation of quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines and procedures. Supports the development and definition efforts of major and minor characteristics of quality including quality metrics and scoring parameters and determines requisite quality control resources for an actual effort. Associates Degree.
STATISTICIAN – Has 12 years general, 8 years specialized. Perform professional statistical work such as (a) sampling, (b) collecting, computing, and analyzing statistical data, and (c) applying statistical techniques such as measurement of central tendency, dispersion, skewness, sampling error, simple and multiple correlation, analysis of variance, and tests of significance. Master’s Degree.
