President & CEO

Mr. David Bloom is President and CEO of Saint George Consulting, Inc. He has over 24 years of leadership, management and consulting experience.  David has provided advisory, consulting and business development services to clients in the public sector (Federal Government, State & Local Government and Non-Profit), and private sector (International and Domestic companies, Small Businesses and Private Clients). Prior to founding Saint George Consulting, Inc., David held numerous noteworthy positions including: Director, Defense & Intelligence Sector, Grant Thornton LLP; Director, CFO Advisory Services, KPMG LLP; Senior Manager, BearingPoint Inc.; CEO and Controller, Global Import/Export LLC; Program Manager and Aviation Brigade Comptroller, U.S. Army. David has an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Chaminade University of Honolulu, a B.S. in Political Science from Appalachian State University, holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the Commonwealth of Virginia and Washington D.C., is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), Certified Defense Financial Manager with Acquisition Speciality (CDFM-A) and Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor.   He served as an officer with the N.C. Army National Guard, U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve.       

Senior Executive Advisor

Mr. Peter Bloom is Senior Executive Advisor of Saint George Consulting, Inc.  Most recently, Peter served as Senior Vice President for Global Growth at Mission Essential Personnel (MEP), with revenues exceeding $725 million and over 8,400 employees in 11 countries. Peter brings more than 28 years of professional experience in executive management. A seasoned entrepreneur, he has built and led numerous technology businesses and teams in the U.S. and Europe in the sectors of global aerospace, defense, high-tech, automotive, medical, and management consulting firms. Prior to MEP, Peter served as business development and capture consultant for leading defense contractors, including General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, McDonald Bradley, Teletech Government Solutions, and ORACLE. In addition, he spent nearly five years with the strategic management consulting firm, A.T. Kearney, Inc. based in London, UK in several management roles supporting key clients such as Rolls-Royce Aerospace Group, Rolls-Royce Industrial Power Group, General Motors Europe and others throughout Europe and North America. Peter began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick in Washington, DC.  Peter earned an MBA in Finance from Marymount University and a Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a graduate of several executive education programs, including the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School. He served six and half years as a surface warfare officer with the U.S. Navy and is a retired Naval Reserve Officer. ** TS/SCI CI Poly **
